Illustrated Self-Portrait

This project was inspired by an Illustrator class project where I was tasked to illustrate a self-portrait by using an existing image as inspiration. I chose my supporting image and used Photoshop filters and effects on the image to increase contrast in the shading of the image, and then exported it for use in Illustrator. Once in Illustrator, I began outlining the prominent features and general shapes in the image, focusing on refining color choices to replicate the photo with more clarity.
